InPro3250/3250SG (low maint. pH-electrode with solution ground) - NEW!

 

The new low-maintenance pH electrodes InPro3250 series from METTLER TOLEDO with factory-filled, prepressurized liquid electrolyte are suited to a wide scope of applications in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical and chemical process industries. The InPro3250 series is available with an enlarged selection of different pH-sensitive glass membranes. This guarantees the best possible measurement performance under the most diverse operating conditions.

 

 
Low maintenance
  • The InPro3250(SG) series is filled with pre-pressurized liquid reference electrolyte and allows measurement in presence of process pressures up to 4 bar (58 psi).
Easy validation
  • The InPro3250(SG) series offers a set of customized certificates for each application, including certificates for hazardous zones, biocompatibility of the electrolyte, and all relevant hygiene and safety regulations.
Long operational electrode lifetime and high accuracy
  • The electrode is provided with a patented silver-ion trap to prevent diaphragm fouling in sulfide-containing media. The internal over-pressure ensures gradual electrolyte outflow efficiently cleaning the diaphragm and preventing influx of process medium into the reference electrolyte.
More precise pH measurement
  • An enlarged selection of different pH-sensitive glass membranes guarantees the best possible measurement performance for example by minimizing zero point shift following sterilization in applications in biotechnology.  
Vario Pin (VP) connector
  • The robust, autoclavable Vario Pin (VP) connector to IP68 guarantees maximum process safety and accurate electrode connection and disconnection from the cable for ease of replacement.
